1 / How quickly can you deliver?
Each medal is handmade and so delivery times depend on the quantity required, however, we try and keep some medals in stock. Send us an enquiry and we'll see what we can do to deliver for your event.
2 / Can we have our own logo/design on the front?
Absolutely. Once we’ve got your approval of our quote, we’ll send you artwork guidelines.
3 / Can you design the front of the medals for me?
Yes, of course. We do have to charge for our time. But talk to us.
4 / Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we have a minimum order of 35 medals.
5 / Do the medals last?
Our medals last for years – we’ve still got our original prototype from 2020!
6 / Can you deliver to...
Currently, we’re only able to send our seeded medals to the UK as they have UK seeds in them. However, we can deliver unseeded medals and plant two trees for each recipient instead.
7 / Aren’t you Earth Runs Medals from Earth Runs?
Yep – you caught us! We created these medals for our virtual challenges over at Earth Runs. But people loved them so much they wanted them for their own events. It made sense to us to rebrand them exactly as they were – Better Medals.
